Our heart and impact
At the center of everything we do is relationship.
We build trust through compassionate communication, thoughtful questions, and consistent follow-through. We approach every client and every challenge with a counselor’s patience, a teacher’s heart, and a servant’s humility — never judgment, always grace.
We are deeply involved in our communities — volunteering, connecting, and helping good causes thrive. Every relationship matters. Every mission matters. Our work is more than a service; it’s a calling to help others do good, better.
Our Strengths
-
We Listen More Than We Speak
True understanding starts with listening. We take the time to hear your story, your challenges, and your heart — asking thoughtful questions that reveal what truly matters beneath the numbers.
-
We Lead by Serving and Pray Before Planning
Every plan begins with prayer and a servant’s heart. We lead through humility, putting your mission first and seeking God’s wisdom to guide every financial decision with integrity and care.
-
We Stay Curious, Hopeful, and Committed
Even in the chaos, we remain grounded in hope. We approach every challenge with curiosity and perseverance, trusting that clarity and peace are always possible — no matter the circumstances.

Accounting Advisor
Hi, nice to meet you! Here is a little bit about myself. My family and I moved from Central Oregon to Wisconsin in 2020. Some of my favorite activities are exploring the beautiful outdoors, geocaching, baking, cooking, and other craft activities. My husband and I stay busy with our cat, dog, and our little one.
I have six+ years of firm experience working with multiple industries and clients in their accounting goals. I have worked in payroll, bookkeeping, and taxes giving me a better perspective on the many facets that make up a business. I have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from NW Christian University (Go Beacons!) and I am QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
Partnered with: Sarah Reeves
from Straight Up Payroll
Hello! My name is Sarah Reeves.
My husband Steven and I are originally from Wasington state. We helped start a construction business there in 2019 where I discovered my passion for bookkeeping. After helping them get on their feet and set up to hire employees we felt called to move our family to Wisconsin. We left the company and moved in January 2021 where I have pursued my passion to get certified in Bookkeeping/payroll.
My favorite activities are geocaching, playing piano, gaming, and learning new Filipino recipes, and dirty keto recipes with my husband. We are kept busy and on our toes with our 3 corgi’s,a Siberian husky, and our lovely daughter.
I have 3 years of basic bookkeeping experience, quarterly DOR & IRS tax payments for owners, and project management tracking. I look forward to working with you.
